Spread the cream cheese on the vertically laid bacon slices. Sprinkle the red cheddar on top.
Wrap the pork belly with the bacon slices. (* Start from the horizontal ones.)
Place the bacon wrapped pork belly on a baking sheet with the seam side down.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
