LOW CARB HOMEMADE “DORITOS” – Keto Friendly, Gluten Free
I’ve been wanting to make Keto Friendly “Dorito” Chips by tweaking my Protein Chips recipe. I finally did it 😁 (although it was more than one month ago…)
Even though I tweaked my recipe, I ended up trying several times just to come up with this simple recipe… Yes, the same thing happened when developing Cinnamon Protein Chips…, which made me a bit sick then. Hahaha… Developing new recipes are sometimes not easy as you think even when tweaking the existing recipes!
I love these Keto Friendly Homemade “Dorito” Protein Chips. When I start to eat, I cannot stop… The flavour is kind of strong in my opinion, which makes me want to eat more. The flavour may be too strong for some people, so I suggest that you adjust the quantity of the seasoning when sprinkling after 3-minute baking if you don’t like it strong.

Add the other portion of the seasoning mixture and finely grated parmesan to the whey isolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
Place the mixture on the parchment paper and spread it as thin as possible.

Bake for another 15 minutes, or until crispy.
