EGGS IN PORK BURGERS – Keto, Low Carb

These Eggs in Pork Burgers are a super easy to make dish that everybody will love! When it comes to meat, I often enjoy simple recipes like this one. I don’t usually add a lot of herbs and spices. And I prefer cooking meat in the oven simply because I don’t have to do anything but wait after transferring them to the oven and cleaning is much easier than the stove :p

If you are a fan of runny eggs, simply bake your pork rings without the eggs for about 10 – 13 minutes, take them out from the oven, put the cheese and eggs in the holes, sprinkle the cheese and black pepper on top and bake another 8 – 10 minutes.

I tried this recipe with a combination of ground beef and pork, but they were not juicy enough, so I personally recommend using only pork.

You may have a little egg white overflow if the holes are not big enough or your eggs are a bit large, which can end up okay after baking, because those crispy whites on the cooking sheet taste good anyway 🙂

Well, there’s no much to say about this recipe, so i just say ‘easy to make and absolutely delish!
