FRENCH SAVORY CAKE (CAKE SALE) – Low Carb, Keto, Gluten Free

This quick bread is actually called Cake Salé in France, which means “cake of salt”. It looks like a pound cake but tastes like quiche. This is super easy to make. All you need to do is just to mix all the ingredients and bake, but it tastes great 🙂

You can use other low carb ingredients such as bacon, olives, etc., instead of ham and broccoli. I just love the combination of ham, broccoli and cheese.

    Hi Miyuki,
I have just made your French Savory Cake and it was excellent. I have no idea what the French version (I presume made with wheat flour) tastes like but your recipe was delicious. So keep up the good work and please don’t quit!
